Account Manager

CityLink has built its reputation on technology leadership and the provision of a great portfolio of broadband products and services. This role will see you take ownership of developing the business and profitability generated by our direct customers through pro-active promotion and relationship management. You'll be managing a range of customers - from SME through to Enterprise level, and working collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure we maximise any opportunity from that customer base.

You'll need to have the energy, tenacity, discipline and commitment that makes a great account manager, as well as the "X factor" in your interpersonal style to ensure our customers will enjoy working with you. You'll need to be well networked, and have a practical understanding of the IT/telco/ISP environments. And of course we want you to be able to demonstrate a fit to the CityLink culture and values - creative, innovative, passion for the customer, quality and honesty and integrity at all times.
